Classes & Timetable
Classes are organized by age group and skill level. The Nestlings program is a life skills class for children aged 4 to 7.
Peregrines (7-9 years), Kestrels (10-13 years), and Gyr Falcons (13+ years) participate in the Falcons Black Belt program. At our full-time gym in Andover, these groups are further divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. In our satellite clubs, age groups train together in mixed-ability classes.
In Andover, we also offer a class that follows the Kickboxing GB national syllabus, as well as a Black Belt Club. These mixed-age and mixed-ability sessions focus on sparring and fitness, designed for students committed to earning their black belts and those training for competitive martial arts.

Whether you're aiming to achieve higher belt levels or prepare for competition, personal martial arts training offers an efficient and focused path to mastery. Most 1-1 sessions are run at the Andover gym.
